Request your free recall and response audit

A free 30-minute review of your recall settings, how fast patients get a reply, and your ad account if you run one. Winstanley & Son found faults in all three of its own. If we find nothing, you get a clean bill of health.

This opens your email app with a short message ready to send to gavin@crewley.ai. It doesn't book a slot automatically. Please don't send patient details.

What we look at

Three things, read properly.

  1. Your recall flagsRead directly, not trusted from a dashboard, to check the patients who should get recalls are set to get them.
  2. Your reply timesHow long an enquiry waits for an answer, in and out of opening hours.
  3. Your advertsIf you run them, whether anything is quietly blocking your own buyers.

Your practice, your numbers

of desk time that could go back to patients.

That's time for about 98 more half-hour conversations with patients each month.

Valued at £14.60 an hour, it's £715 of staff time a month. Crewley's founding price is £395.

£14.60 an hour is the 2026 National Living Wage plus employer costs. A month is 4.33 weeks. These are your estimates, not a promise. The free audit measures the real figures.

Before you send

Questions about the audit.

Does this involve my patient records?

No. The audit reads recall flags, reply times and, if you run one, your ad account. Prescriptions, sight-test data and medical notes are never requested or viewed.

How long does it take on my side?

The first conversation takes about 30 minutes. Send your practice name and what you'd most like to improve. Any access we need is agreed separately.

What do I get back?

One prioritised finding, with what it costs your practice in your own numbers where the data allows. If there's a case for Crewley, you see the finding before any price. If there isn't, you're told plainly.

Can I see it running first?

Yes. Read the case study, and you're welcome to stand in the practice and watch it run.
